O Star explores the relationship between motion and stillness through a radial composition built from interwoven geometric forms. At its center, a spiraling vortex anchors an eight-pointed star whose extending arms weave through concentric rings, suggesting both expansion and return. The work blurs the boundary between celestial cartography and ornamental abstraction, drawing upon recurring themes of balance, continuity, and transformation that define Sims' visual practice.
